standards for using dust suppressants for treating unpaved roads. Conducted comprehensive environmental audits, process audits and
compiled hazardous contaminants inventories. Reviewed spill scenarios and carried out physical and mathematical modelling for major
oil spills in the St. Lawrence seaway. Carried out a technological and socio-economic assessment on Alberta's 1987 Sour Gas
Guidelines. Assisted in preparing the Iron & Steel Industry response to Ontario's Clean Air Bill.
Reviewed the environmental impact assessment of a proposed pipeline and terminal facility in Colombia. Developed ecological criteria
for projects in the Mexican petroleum sector. Developed ecological norms for the maximum allowable limits for wastewater discharges
from the Mexican pharmaceutical industry and reviewed the waste toxicology from the Paints manufacturing industry in Canada and the
United States. Prepared a State of the Environment report on Air and Noise for Trinidad & Tobago.
